"Cogwright", "we", "us", "our" — the watch repair workshop operating at 142/7 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

"You", "client" — any individual who contacts the workshop, submits an enquiry, or brings a watch for service.

"Service" — any repair, servicing, restoration, or care programme work carried out by Cogwright on a timepiece.

"Piece" or "watch" — the timepiece submitted to the workshop for inspection or service.

"Agreement" — these terms and conditions together with any written scope agreed at the point of accepting a service.

Cogwright provides watch repair and care services including mechanical movement servicing, vintage restoration, and an annual care programme. Full descriptions of each service are available on the website and are discussed at the point of booking.

Services are provided at the Bangkok workshop. We do not operate a postal service for watches. All work is agreed in scope before it begins; no additional work will be carried out without your prior consent.

Before any work begins, we will describe what is involved and provide an estimate of cost and duration. You must confirm in writing (including email or written note at the workshop) before work proceeds. The agreed scope forms part of the contract between us.

If, during the course of work, an unforeseen condition is discovered that changes the scope, we will pause and contact you before proceeding. No additional charges will be incurred without your explicit approval.

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is due in full upon collection of the watch. We accept cash and bank transfer. A receipt is provided for all completed work.

If a watch is left uncollected for more than 60 days after the completion notice is sent, we reserve the right to apply a storage fee of ฿200 per week thereafter. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying this fee.

You are responsible for ensuring that the watch you submit belongs to you or that you have the owner's authority to submit it for service. You must disclose any known history of prior damage, previous repair work by other parties, or unusual conditions that may affect the service.

Any information provided to us about the watch should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation that leads to additional costs or complications may be charged accordingly.

We handle all watches with reasonable care and professional skill. Watches in our care are kept in a secure, controlled-access workshop. In the unlikely event of loss or damage while a watch is in our custody, we will notify you promptly and discuss a fair resolution.

We recommend that clients with high-value or irreplaceable pieces confirm their own insurance arrangements before submitting a watch, as Cogwright's liability in respect of loss or damage is limited to the cost of the service performed (see clause 10).

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Cogwright's total liability in connection with any service or use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use, loss of value, or sentimental loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cogwright in respect of the subject matter herein and supersede any prior communications. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in force.

Failure to enforce any provision of these terms on a particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
